Who we are

Delivering on the toughest sites since 2014

Construction Directions Company (CDC) was established in 2014 as a Grade 2 classified contractor in Saudi Arabia, specialising in construction, infrastructure and utility projects.

In 2018, the company entered a strategic partnership with the UAE-based CDC Gold, expanding its capabilities in project management, engineering and technical solutions to meet the demands of complex and large-scale projects.

Our classification allows us to undertake projects with budgets of up to SAR 300 million, covering roads, streets and sidewalks, bridges and tunnels, railway lines, aircraft runways, and general construction of government and non-residential buildings.

The CDC Group operates branches in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Syria.

Environmental compliance is not an add-on

CDC is committed to implementing the highest standards of environmental compliance across all its operational activities. The company holds an environmental permit issued by the National Centre for Environmental Compliance, reflecting full alignment of its operations with the environmental laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The company operates under certified management systems covering quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), alongside ISO 19650 certification for building information modelling.
