King Khalid International Airport
CDC delivered an integrated works package at King Khalid International Airport covering riprap channels at Terminal 4, slope protection at Terminal 2, open stormwater channels and landscaping works — all executed inside a live operational facility without disrupting airport traffic.
Riyadh Metro Project
Under the FAST Consortium, CDC contributed to the Riyadh Metro by executing civil works and structural concrete for key stations on Lines 4, 5 and 6, alongside permanent utility connections: potable water, wastewater, stormwater, fire-fighting and irrigation networks. The scope covered more than seventeen stations as well as the Riyadh Public Transport Control Centre.
NEOM Spine Infrastructure
At NEOM, CDC is responsible for large reinforced concrete blocks and structural foundations supporting key facilities, alongside extensive roadworks including asphalt paving, levelling and modern street lighting. Our teams have also carried out complex excavation and underground tunnelling, steel, hydraulic and mechanical workshops with overhead cranes, and the West Portal sheds and workshop.
Qiddiya — Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium
CDC executed site establishment works at the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya, including the FCC-Nesma project offices and the Main Control Complex (MCC), together with the supporting infrastructure, utilities and internal roads that prepared the site for subsequent construction phases.
